The private tasting room at Grain & Copper is separated from the main bar — its own space, its own atmosphere, its own service. Whether it's a corporate team dinner, a whiskey education event, a birthday celebration, or a private barrel reveal for Copper Locker members, this room is built for the experience you want to have.
All private events include access to our full whiskey program, custom menu selections, and dedicated service from a knowledgeable bartender who can guide your group through the evening at whatever pace you choose.

What We Host
Four types of private experience.
Curated Whiskey Tasting
A guided tasting experience for 4–12 guests. Your bartender leads the group through a custom selection — Texas whiskey, regional comparisons, single malts, or a flight built around your preferences. Includes the whiskey book, food pairings, and as much or as little education as your group wants.
